QUICKDx uses a microchip-based biosensor that detects molecular binding events by measuring changes in electrical properties. When a target molecule binds on the sensor surface, the electrical properties of the surface shift in a measurable way. These changes are rapidly analyzed by the onboard reader and translated into a digital output.
